On Hold [as opposed to On Hold (Revise)] | Contact your representative so they can check with Lightning Source. |
Canceled | Something is wrong with the files where our printer won’t print it. Ask your representative what the next steps are. |
Rejections will always have some note of why. If there is no reason, contact a representative at PartnerRelations@roll20.net.
- Issues with Metadata: Something doesn’t match up. Meaning that the format, size, or page count in the cover file could be different from what you chose when uploading.
- General Cover Issue: Could be a few things but most likely is due to elements outside of the spine, the cover isn’t correctly placed on the generated template, etc. Ask for more information from your representative.
